Please only complete this form if instructed by ARCH. This is used to gather information when we don’t have a profile for a particular cat or kitten available for adoption.
 
All cats and kittens come with 1 vaccination and microchipping and adult cats will be desexed.
 
Younger kittens are available from 8 weeks of age once they have been vet checked, microchipped and vaccinated. They must be desexed when old enough (by 4 months of age) and the cost is included in the adoption fee (when ARCH vets used). If the kitten is adopted non locally, another vet can be used and the new owner will be reimbursed the value of the rescue rate we pay for desexing.
 
Please note that all ARCH cats and kittens must be inside only in their new homes.
