This form should only be completed when directed by an ARCH representative.  

We cannot keep lists of applicants wanting to adopt a puppy. 

Puppies are usually available to adopt locally when they are over 8 weeks of age and have had their first vaccination, are microchipped and wormed. 

Adoption fee of only $580 includes microchipping, 2 vaccinations and desexing.

All applicants must have secure and appropriate fencing.
